This new construction is the first of 3 high rise condo buildings 31, 45 and 60 stories high. This 31 story building has 287 condo units and was built on top of an existing parking garage using a “mat slab”. The job used over 5000 yards of concrete and 600,000 lbs of steel. The columns are 100ft x 200ft x 6ft thick.

The foreman in charge, Terry Reitz, runs a crew of 13. The estimated duration of this job is 2 years.
